We have safe infant rooms where our expert caregivers will shower them will love and affection. All infants are also on individual feeding and napping schedules which mirror their home routines.
What this looks like in practice
In a licensed infant-toddler room, the day follows each baby rather than a group clock. Caregivers feed, change and settle one child at a time while others play on the floor nearby. You will see low shelves, soft mats, and toys a baby can grasp, shake and mouth. Reports go home each day so you know when your baby ate and slept.
This age is when a baby learns that reaching out makes something happen. They track a scarf as it floats down, pass a block hand to hand, pull to stand, and say a first word. Those small moments build the trust that someone responds when they call. Parents often notice a calmer baby at home and a steadier nap.
